27.03.2007 Građanska koalicija STOP RIZIČNOM SPOLNOM ODGOJU ovaj tjedan (od 26. do 31. 3. 2007.) organizira "Tjedan o spolnom odgoju". U suradnji s brojnim lokalnim udrugama mladih, nastavnicama, nastavnicima, učenicima i učenicama u srednjim školama, studentima i studenticama u 12 gradova diljem Hrvatske održat će se niz tribina, okruglih stolova i druženja mladih s ciljem da mladi sami povedu raspravu o modelu spolnog odgoja kakvog žele, a na temelju informacija o aktualnom procesu uvođenja zdravstvenog odgoja i obrazovanja.

22.03.2007 Anyone who knows even a little bit about school education in India knows that it is largely about exclusion. Only a tiny minority of children in our country get anything resembling a decent schooling - the rest are either excluded altogether, or provided very poor quality education with weak infrastructure and inadequate pedagogic attention, which in turn encourages high rates of dropout.

22.03.2007 The Delhi High Court gave its approval of the Delhi government's suggestions to take over all municipality-run schools in a move to bring about qualitative improvement in teaching in those schools.A division bench of Chief Justice M.K. Sarma and Justice Sanjiv Khanna directed the government to take a formal decision in this regard and submit a plan-of-action by March 28.

21.03.2007 The Q Association organizes the second Seminar on LGBTIQ Activism and Human Rights. The three-day seminar is organized exclusively for the members of LGBTIQ population in B&H and the region. The seminar will take place on April 13-15, 2007.

14.03.2007 The Youth Initiative for Human Rights Visiting Program provides the opportunity for young people, students and professionals from Serbia and Kosovo to meet professionals in related fields of interest and to visit places of interest (i.e. museums, theatres, universities, media houses, etc).

12.03.2007 The “Albania Reads” program’s primary objective is to promote reading. On March 7, The Teachers’ Day, this project was officially launched at the “Emin Duraku” elementary school in Tirana. Representatives from UNICEF and the Mjaft! Foundation (the philanthropic branch of Mjaft! Movement) donated more than one hundred books to this school’s library.

09.03.2007 Promovimi i kulturës së leximit në Shqipëri është qëllimi i iniciativës “Shqipëria lexon” u prezantua me 7 Mars në shkollën Emin Duraku në Tirane. Përfaqësues të UNICEF dhe Fondacionit MJAFT (Dega Filantropike e Levizjes MJAFT!) dhuruan me rastin e 7 marsit dhe në ditën që kujton 120 vjetorin e celjes së shkollës së parë shqipe disa libra për bibliotekën e kësaj shkolle. Ishte i pranishëm z. Robert Carr (UNICEF), Erjon Veliaj (Lëvizja MJAFT!), si dhe përfaqësues të tjerë të këtyre organizatave dhe të fondacionit MJAFT!

09.03.2007 A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) and the Federal Education Directorate for a $3.4 million three-year programme to strengthen teachers’ education in Pakistan.Funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the programme will establish a new framework for teachers’ accreditation and management in basic education.
