29.06.2007 African journal of ICT is organising 5 days tutorial and training workshops on VoIP, IPTV, Mobile TV, Softswitch, real-time protocols and IP over Power Line communications at The Bell Rosen Cape Town, Western Province, South Africa from Jul 09, 2007 - Jul 13, 2007. The workshops will impart skills in IP and digital communications based on experienced industry practitioners and cover technologies, strategies, billing, marketing, regulation and implementations.

It aims to involve youth in discussions with policymakers and concerned citizens and to encourage their full participation in society through the use of ICT.
